Exclusive Offers: Send an offer to your Watchers

Have members watching your listing? You can now send them an Exclusive Offer - a discounted price that only your Watchers can see. It's a great way to nudge interested members into buying, without changing your listing price for everyone else.

How do I send an Exclusive Offer?

Open your listing and go to Seller's Options at the top. Note: Using our app? Please update to the latest Apple or Android version to see this feature.
Click Send Exclusive Offer
Choose a discount (e.g. 10% or 15% off), or set your own price with Custom. Your offer needs to be at least 10% below your listing price, and includes shipping
Choose how long your offer lasts: 24 or 48 hours
Click Send Offer

Everyone watching your item will be notified by push notification and email straight away.

What do my Watchers see?

Watchers see your offer at the exclusive price you've chosen, and can choose to make a counter-offer, or purchase it through checkout as normal.

DW Purchase Protection applies as it would with any other purchase. Your listing price stays the same for everyone else, and if your offer expires before they buy, your offer expires.

How often can I send Exclusive Offers?

You can send one Exclusive Offer per listing every 72 hours to eligible watchers. We’ll automatically skip anyone who received an offer recently or currently has an active offer sent to you. New watchers become eligible right away.

If all of your Watchers have received an offer in the last 72 hours, the Send Exclusive Offer button will be unavailable - clicking it will show you when you can send your next offer.

Good to know

Exclusive Offers must be at least 10% below your listing price
Exclusive Offers aren't binding - Watchers aren't obligated to buy if they received your offer
Your item stays available to to purchase by anyone until an offer has been accepted
If your item sells before an offer expires, any active Exclusive Offers automatically end
Watchers can't see who else received an offer
