Delivery policy for buyers

As a buyer or seller, we consider a purchase or sale to be  delivered when the item has been tracked and delivered to the buyer's delivery address associated with the purchase (regardless of whether the item was sent with "No signature required" or "Signature required").

My purchase has been lost or damaged in transit

Purchase Protection applies to all purchases on Designer Wardrobe. If the item is not delivered or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a refund. Learn more

My purchase's tracking status says "Delivered" but I haven't received it

For the fastest resolution, please contact the courier and request the GPS coordinates: Contacting the courier - Designer Wardrobe Help Centre

  • If the coordinates are correct (the item was delivered to the correct address), we consider the sale to be completed.
  • If the coordinates are incorrect (the item was delivered to the incorrect address), we may be able to assist by requesting the seller to file a claim with the courier. Please note: we will require a screenshot of written confirmation of incorrect delivery from the courier in order to proceed with assistance.
