How to make a Withdrawal

When you've successfully sold an item, your earnings will appear in your DW Wallet as DW Cash. You can spend this on Designer Wardrobe, or withdraw your funds at any time free of charge to your bank account.

1: Go to your DW Wallet
2: If there are earnings available for withdrawal, click "Make a Withdrawal"
3: We’ll prompt you on the next screen to fill in your Bank Account details.

We process withdrawals daily during weekdays. Withdrawals received before 2:45PM are processed on the same business day. While most bank payments are received on the same day, please allow up 2-3 working days for your withdrawal to be paid into your bank account.
