1: You must arrange to send the item within three weekdays of the sale being paid for by the Buyer.
2: The cost for shipping is always included in the listing price.
3: All sales on Designer Wardrobe must be tracked. This ensures a great buying and selling experience for everyone. We highly recommend using our Book a Courier service for automatic tracking!
4: Items valued at $200 or more must be sent with "Signature Required" in addition to tracking. This protects both you and the buyer. Read our full policy
5: Please add the tracking number to your sale if you're sending the item yourself. If you use Book a Courier, tracking is added automatically!

Items sent without tracking may result in a delayed payout.

📦 High-Value Items ($200+)

If you send an item valued at $200 or more without signature confirmation and the buyer reports non-delivery, Designer Wardrobe may decide in favour of the buyer and issue a refund.

🏠 ATL (Authority to leave):

If your address has an ATL enabled, you agree that once the courier marks your item as delivered, you cannot contest the delivery or claim non-receipt. Ensure you have a safe delivery location arranged. Learn more about ATLs
