- You must arrange to send the item within three weekdays of the sale being paid for by the Buyer.

- The cost for shipping is always included in the listing price.

- All sales on Designer Wardrobe must be tracked. This ensures a great buying and selling experience for everyone. We highly recommend using our Book a Courier service for automatic tracking!

- Items valued at $200 or more must be sent with "Signature Required" in addition to tracking. This protects both you and the buyer. Read our full policy

- Please add the tracking number to your sale if you're sending the item yourself. If you use Book a Courier, tracking is added automatically!
To receive your earnings automatically, you must use a supported courier with tracking. View supported couriers
Items sent without tracking may result in a delayed payout. You will need to wait until the Purchase Protection has expired - or - ask the buyer to click "Confirm order received".
If you send an item valued at $200 or more without signature confirmation and the buyer reports non-delivery, Designer Wardrobe may decide in favour of the buyer and issue a refund.
As a buyer: Please note that in order for us to issue a potential refund, purchase protection must still be active.
If your address has an ATL enabled, you agree that once the courier marks your item as delivered, you cannot contest the delivery or claim non-receipt. Ensure you have a safe delivery location arranged. Learn more about ATLs
