What Are Bundles?

Bundles allow buyers to purchase two or more items from the same seller in a single combined order. Buyers can save money, and sellers boost their sales.

For Buyers

How to Create a Bundle

Look for the "Create a Bundle" button on any listing or seller profile. From there, you can add multiple items from that seller into a single order. If the seller has set up bundle discounts, you'll see your savings applied automatically.

Once you've built your bundle, you can also use the Make an Offer feature to propose your own price. This works on all bundles, including those containing items where the seller hasn't applied a bundling discount. The seller can then accept, decline, or counter your offer.

Payment

You pay for your entire bundle in one combined checkout.

Returns and Disputes

• If you have an issue with a specific item, you can open a dispute for that item only.
• If there's an issue with multiple items or the full bundle, you'll need to open a separate dispute for each affected item.
• Refunds are handled per item, and you keep the bundle discount on any items you retain - even if this drops you to a lower discount tier.
• A full bundle refund only applies if all items are not as described.

For Sellers

How Bundles Work

Bundles are enabled by default for all sellers, but with no discount applied. Buyers can bundle your items into a single order straight away. To set up bundle discounts:

1. Log in to your Designer Wardrobe account on the website.
2. Click on your profile in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Navigate to Bundling and configure your discounts.

Setting Your Discounts

• Set discounts for bundles of 2, 3, or 4+ items
• Choose between 0-50% in 5% increments (e.g., 10%, 15%, 20%)
• Discounts apply to the total bundle amount, including shipping

Excluding Individual Items

You can turn bundling off for individual items while keeping it enabled for the rest of your wardrobe. Note that even when bundling discounts are turned off for an item, buyers can still make an offer on any bundle that includes it.

Managing Sales

You'll see each sold item individually in your My Sales area, marked with a bundling tag. Once a buyer purchases a bundle, the discount and total price are locked in. You can update your discount settings anytime for future orders.

Shipping Your Bundles

You have two options:

• Book a Courier: Send multiple items in one parcel. The same tracking number will apply to all items you select.
• Ship yourself: Send items in one or multiple shipments - just ensure you add the correct tracking number to each sale.

Regional Availability

Bundles are available across both New Zealand and Australia. Buyers from either country can purchase bundles from each other.
