What Are Bundles?

Bundles allow buyers to purchase two or more items from you in a single combined order. It's a win-win: buyers save on shipping costs, and you boost your sales.

How to Enable Bundles

  1. Log in to your Designer Wardrobe account on the website.
  2. Click on your profile in the top right corner.
  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  4. Navigate to Bundling and opt in.

Once enabled, all your listings will automatically be eligible for bundles. Buyers will see a "Create a Bundle" button on your listings and seller profile, where they can add multiple items and view their total discount.

Excluding Individual Items

Don't want to bundle certain listings? You can easily turn bundling off for individual items while keeping it enabled for the rest of your wardrobe.

Setting Your Bundle Discounts

You're in control of how much buyers save when they bundle your items.

Discount Options

  • Set discounts for bundles of 2, 3, or 4+ items
  • Choose between 0–50% in 5% increments (e.g., 10%, 15%, 20%)
  • Discounts apply to the total bundle amount, including shipping

Payment and Shipping

Buyers pay for their bundle in one combined checkout. You'll see each sold item individually in your My Sales area, clearly marked with a bundling tag.

Shipping Your Bundles

You have two options:

  • Book a Courier: Send multiple items in one parcel. The same tracking number will apply to all items you select.
  • Ship yourself: Send items in one or multiple shipments—just ensure you add the correct tracking number to each sale.

Returns and Disputes

  • If a buyer has an issue with a specific item, they can open a dispute for that item only.
  • If there's an issue with multiple items or the full bundle, they must open a separate dispute for each affected item.
  • Refunds are handled per item, and buyers keep the bundle discount on any items they retain—even if this drops them to a lower discount tier.
  • A full bundle refund only applies if all items are not as described.

Managing Your Bundle Settings

Can I Change Discounts After a Sale?

No. Once a buyer purchases a bundle, the discount and total price are locked in. However, you can update your discount settings anytime for future orders.

Regional Availability

Bundles are available across both New Zealand and Australia. Buyers from either country can purchase bundles from each other.
