Gift Card - Terms & Conditions

Validity & Expiry

Designer Wardrobe gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will not be available after this date, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Usage

Gift cards can only be used on the Designer Wardrobe website to purchase available items. Purchases must be made in the same currency the gift card was purchased in. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to shipping fees, or seller add-ons. Gift cards may also be excluded from certain promotions or discounts.

Balance

Any unused balance will remain on the card until it is fully used or the card expires. The balance can be checked in your Designer Wardrobe account.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reloaded or resold. Designer Wardrobe is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and replacements may not be issued.

Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, seller add-ons, or applied to past purchases.

Fraud Prevention

Designer Wardrobe reserves the right to cancel or refuse a gift card if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Currency

Gift cards can only be used in the currency in which they were purchased. Transactions in other currencies will not be supported.

Purchaser & Recipient Responsibility

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is correct. Designer Wardrobe is not liable for gift cards sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
