Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Participation in the referral program is subject to verification of eligibility, including compliance with these terms and conditions.

Referral Credits or Rewards

• Rewards are as stated but may change at any time and without notice.
• Rewards are subject to a verification period and will remain in a pending status until the referee’s qualifying purchase is confirmed. Once verified, the reward status will be updated to complete. We reserve the right to manually review all rewards and remove any that are deemed to be against the spirit of the referral system.
• Referral credits or rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
• A minimum purchase amount of $40 is required for referees to make a qualifying purchase and earn the reward.
• Referrers can only apply DW Credit to items priced at $40 or higher.

Personal Data Usage

By participating in the referral program, you agree to the use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitations

• Referral rewards may be limited to one per household, account, or individual unless otherwise specified. 
• Referral rewards cannot be used with any other promotional credit, code or reward unless stated.
• Referral rewards can only be used for purchases of the same currency.
• Any misuse, such as creating multiple accounts to benefit from the program, is strictly prohibited.

Program Integrity

Any actions that compromise the fairness, integrity, or intended purpose of the referral program are prohibited.

Compliance with Laws

Participation in the referral program must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Non-Guarantee

We do not guarantee the availability of the referral program or any specific rewards.

Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to start, stop, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected instances of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the referral program. If abuse or fraud is confirmed, we may revoke rewards, suspend accounts, or take other corrective actions at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the referral program will be resolved at our sole discretion. Our decision will be final and binding.
