Rural Delivery

We aim to make our pre-loved items available to everyone, regardless of their location. However, courier companies typically charge higher rates to deliver to rural areas compared to urban areas due to the extra distance and lower volume of deliveries.

To help sellers manage these additional costs, we apply an extra delivery fee for items shipped to rural addresses. This fee is added to the total sale amount during the checkout process. This helps compensate sellers for their increased shipping expenses when sending items to rural locations.
