Delivery policy for sellers
As a seller, we consider a sale to be delivered when the item has been tracked and delivered to the buyer's delivery address associated with the purchase (regardless of whether the item was sent with "No signature required" or "Signature required").
My sale has been lost or damaged in transit
Purchase Protection applies to all purchases on Designer Wardrobe. While rare, if the item is not delivered or arrives damaged, the buyer may be entitled to a refund. Any compensation will need to be sought from the courier network (being the delivery carrier).

Please note: Our “Book a Courier” service is powered by NZ Post (we are a reseller). For the fastest resolution, all communication is best placed to go directly through the carrier (NZ Post).
