How do I verify my phone number?

We ask all new members to verify their phone numbers via SMS. This is to make sure they’re a real person and to help in the recovery of a lost account.

To verify your phone number, just enter your NZ or AU phone number during the signup process and you’ll receive an automated message with a 6-digit verification code.
