Terms and Conditions:

The promoter is: Designer Wardrobe Limited.

  1. The competition is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only. Void where prohibited.
  2. The competition begins 02.10.21 and ends  at 9.10.2021 at 12:00pm NZDT.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entrants are required to have or create a free account on Designer Wardrobe. This information will not be shared with third parties and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. A route to entry for the competition and details are via email, to all registered Designer Wardrobe members.
  6. Multiple entries are accepted but will not count as additional entries.
  7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the competition and conditions of a valid entry are as follows:
  • The user must items to their watchlist and take a screenshot or recording of their watchlist. Then, they need to share it on Instagram stories and tag & follow both @designer.wardrobe & @designer.wardrobe.marketplace.
  • Entrants will be required to create or have created an account on Designer Wardrobe. This information will not be shared with third parties and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

  1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  2. One winner will be drawn at random to claim the prize, valued at NZD $500. The prize is in the form of DW Credit which can be redeemed on Designer Wardrobe.
  3. The prize winner will be announced on our social channels. The credit will be placed into the winner's Designer Wardrobe DW Wallet account.
  4. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by all applicable law.
  6. Designer Wardrobe‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
