List & Win Competition Terms

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Designer Wardrobe Limited.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only, where not prohibited by law.
3. Entry Requirements:
   • There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to participate.
   • Entrants must have or create a free account on Designer Wardrobe and list an accepted item for sale to qualify.
   • This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
   • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Multiple Entries:
   • Multiple listings are permitted and will count as multiple entries.
5. Entry Process:
   • Entry details and rules are provided via email, direct messages (eDM), and/or social media platforms.
   • No responsibility is accepted for entries that are not received, regardless of the reason.
6. Promoter's Rights:
   • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition and these terms and conditions at any time, without notice or obligation to notify entrants.
   • Amendments or cancellations may occur due to events outside the promoter’s control, such as legal requirements, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
   • Any changes will be reflected in the terms and conditions as soon as possible.
7. Prize Details:
   • The prize is specified in competition communications (e.g., DW Credit).
   • No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
   • The prize is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
   • Prize values are stated in New Zealand dollars.
8. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • The winner will be selected randomly using software designated by the promoter.
   • Winners will be contacted via email and announced on the Designer Wardrobe Instagram channel.
   • Credit prizes will be deposited into the winner’s Designer Wardrobe DW Wallet account.
9. Finality of Decision:
   • All decisions by the promoter regarding the competition, including eligibility and prize allocation, are final. No correspondence or disputes will be entertained.
