Please view the table below to work out what your Purchase Protection status means:

Current Status What it Means
Active We have received your payment and your Purchase Protection is active. This means you are able to open a dispute if your item has not been received, or is different from the listing description.
Expired The Sale has completed and your Purchase Protection has expired.
