When you sell your item and have chosen to arrange your own shipping, you can get paid sooner by inputting your tracking number. To input your tracking number, just go to Dashboard > Sold > Enter Tracking Number.
While the item is in transit, Buyers and Sellers will receive email updates when there has been a change to the shipment status.
When the item has been marked as "Delivered" there is a 24 hour inspection period before your earnings are automatically paid to the Seller. This is to allow the Buyer some time to check the item matches the listing description.
Please note we can only tracking shipments from CourierPost, NZ Post and FastWay. If you have sent your item via another courier you will not be able to use our automated tracking service.
