Opening a Dispute

When should I make a refund request?

Most of the time a message to the Seller solves most issues, however there are some rare situations where the Designer Wardrobe team will formally step in to solve a dispute.

By opening a dispute as a Buyer, you are formally stating that you are dissatisfied with an aspect of your recent purchase and need help from us to remedy the situation.

Situations where you are entitled to a full or partial refund are documented in the DW Purchase Protection section.

How do I make a refund request?


1)
Click your name and click "Go to Dashboard"

2) Go to "My Account" and click "My DW Wallet"

3) Click "Open Dispute" for the item you are wanting to open a dispute about.

A form will be available to describe the issue, the reasons for the dispute, and whether you are requesting a full or partial refund. After filling out all details, click the “Submit” button.

Please note: If you are unable to see an Open Dispute button, your Buyer Protection may have expired. Please go to the DW Purchase Protection to learn more.

What happens next?

We will be in touch! The team carefully review all issues and make it a priority to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible. To make the process fair and simple, the decision to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of the Designer Wardrobe team.
