If this doesn’t help, your DW account may have been temporarily or permanently deactivated. We are very dedicated to having a safe and friendly community of Buyers and Sellers, and we enforce our policies in order to safeguard members from fraud and purchasing non-authentic items.

You may not be able to access your account because:

  • A replica item was listed or sold
  • You didn’t comply with our Terms and Conditions
  • Abuse of any kind toward other members
  • There was an attempt transact offsite
