Renting

You can book rentals online (our physical stores are closed) for future dates. Any rentals booked for dispatch before 23 August 2021 will be unable to be fulfilled. Please cancel your booking for a full credit under your account here. All cancellation fees will be waived for rentals cancelled due to NZ being at Alert Level 4. 

Any bookings made to start on or after 28 August 2021 are planned to go ahead as normal at this stage. If you do need to cancel your booking you can do so here

Buying & Selling

We highly recommend using our contactless Book a Courier service to send your sold items

The safety of our members is our top priority and in light of the Government’s announcement of an alert shift to Level 4, it is important you are aware of how to use the Marketplace safely.

You can use our Marketplace as normal, however, you need to ensure you are following the guidelines in regards to the current alert level.
While most sellers will be able to use our Book a Courier service, sold items may not be able to be sent until a shift in alert levels, and we will extend Purchase Protection accordingly. However, it is still important to keep an eye on your emails to know when your Purchase Protection is expiring.
If you are unable to complete a purchase or sale within these guidelines, you must wait until you can safely do so.
There may be some delays as a result of the current alert level restrictions, so we ask that you please be patient.
